In the role of Learning and Development Specialist, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand training requirements and develop programs that meet those needs. Your responsibilities will include designing curriculum, facilitating training sessions, and utilizing evaluation metrics to measure training success. You will be pivotal in increasing employee engagement and ensuring our learning culture thrives.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver effective training interventions.
• Assess employee performance and feedback to refine training approaches.
• Develop metrics to track training progression and outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with training requirements and certifications.
• Participate in professional development to continuously improve training methods.
• Coordinate with HR management to align training with business goals.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to employees as needed.
• Leverage technology to enhance learning experiences.
• Document training content and process for future reference and improvement.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Organizational Psychology or Training and Development
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in training delivery and program implementation
