Responsibilities

• Help clients with routine activities to promote independence.

• Report any observations or concerns regarding clients' health and safety.
• Assist in dietary and nutritional needs by preparing meals as necessary.
• Follow care plans as outlined by the nursing staff.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.

Requirements

Education

• Nursing qualification or relevant healthcare qualification
• Specialized training in geriatric care is a plus

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in home health or caregiving

Certifications

• CPR Certification

Languages

Advantageous

• Experience in hospice care: Experience providing emotional and physical support to terminally ill patients.
• Knowledge of basic medical equipment: Familiarity with using medical devices such as monitors and oxygen equipment.
