Responsibilities

• Implement user feedback to enhance course content and delivery.
• Facilitate online orientations and support for new students.
• Manage course evaluation processes and implement improvements.
• Oversee compliance with educational policies and regulations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's in Instructional Design or related field
• Master's degree in Educational Technology preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in coordinating online courses

• Adobe Creative Suite
• Data Analysis Tools

Certifications

• Certified Instructional Designer (CID)
• eLearning Instructional Designer Certificate

Languages

• English: Fluent
