Interior Designer

Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Interior Designer to join our vibrant team in Durban. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects ranging from private residences to corporate spaces. Responsibilities

• Draft detailed floor plans and 3D renderings.
• Utilize design software to create visual presentations.
• Ensure designs are functional and aesthetically pleasing.
• Assist in sourcing eco-friendly materials when possible.
• Attend client meetings to discuss project updates.
• Collaborate with team members to brainstorm innovative ideas.
• Keep accurate records of project costs and client communications.
• Evaluate completed projects for quality and satisfaction.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Architecture or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in interior design

Technical Skills

• 3D Rendering Software
• Lighting Design Software

Soft Skills

• Negotiation Skills
• Attention to Detail

Certifications

• National Council for Interior Design Qualification (NCIDQ)
• Certified Living in Place Professional (CLIPP)

Languages

• English: Fluent
