Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic team in Johannesburg. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and success by developing strong relationships and effectively managing customer accounts. You will play a crucial role in understanding customer needs and translating those into actionable strategies to drive success.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers regularly to understand their needs and challenges.
  • Lead onboarding processes for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Track and report on customer success metrics and goals.
  • Provide training and resources to customers to maximize their use of products.
  • Develop customer success plans to enhance retention and loyalty.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to provide insights and recommendations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Relevant certifications are a plus
Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in customer success or client relationship roles
