Job Description

As an Account Manager at Dynamic Solutions, you will be instrumental in fostering robust relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met while driving business growth. You will be responsible for the full account management lifecycle, from onboarding to ongoing support, helping to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Responsibilities

  • Lead account onboarding and ensure seamless integration of services.
  • Conduct performance reviews and recommend adjustments based on client feedback.
  • Stay informed about the company's products, services, and developments to provide top-tier advice.
  • Participate in client presentations and meetings, showcasing the value of our offerings.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • MBA is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in account management, preferably in a similar industry
