Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team in Cape Town. You'll be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and ensuring a safe and compassionate environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess patients' conditions and report changes.
• Provide holistic care and emotional support to patients.
• Stay up-to-date with nursing protocols and best practices.
• Document and communicate important patient information.
• Encourage healthy lifestyle changes among patients.
• Support training of new staff and students within the nursing team.
• Manage inventory of medical supplies and report shortages.
• Participate in care meetings and contribute to patient care strategies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
• Postgraduate Diploma in Nursing is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years in a hospital setting preferred
