Job Description

We are seeking skilled Photographic Process Workers to join our team. The candidate will ensure that drugs, chemicals, and reagents are prepared accurately and safely, following quality standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and development on new compounds and processes.
• Ensure efficient operation of machinery and equipment.
• Document all procedures meticulously for compliance audits.
• Work closely with the quality control team to address any issues.
• Actively contribute to team goals and performance targets.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Pharmaceutical Sciences
• Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role

Technical Skills

• Analytical techniques
• Production process knowledge

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Effective communication

Certifications

• Certified Pharmaceutical Industry Professional (CPIP)
• Lean Six Sigma Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with analytical techniques: Expertise in HPLC, GC, and other analytical methods.
• Prior leadership experience in production teams: Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor junior staff.
