We are seeking an experienced Urban Planner to join our dynamic team in Pretoria. You will be involved in a variety of projects, collaborating with local authorities and stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of urban plans.

Responsibilities

• Research and implement innovative urban planning solutions.
• Evaluate the impact of urban policies on local communities.
• Compile feedback from various stakeholders and integrate it into planning processes.
• Prepare visual aids such as maps and diagrams for project presentations.
• Conduct site visits to assess proposed development areas.
• Facilitate discussions between community stakeholders and planning officials.
• Prepare funding applications for urban development projects.
• Ensure that projects reflect the needs and aspirations of the community.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning or Environmental Science
• Master's degree in Urban Planning is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of comprehensive urban planning experience
