Responsibilities

• Carry out clinical assessments and prepare care plans.
• Administer intravenous medications and perform wound care.
• Monitor and evaluate patient responses to nursing interventions.
• Engage with family members regarding the patient’s progress and care decisions.
• Maintain stock levels of medical supplies and report any discrepancies.
• Promote health education and disease prevention strategies.
• Utilize healthcare technology and software for patient management.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification
• Registered Nurse (RN) with valid licensing in South Africa

Experience

• 2+ years of nursing experience in a clinical setting

Certifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS)
