Job Description

As a Rehabilitation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing patients' physical mobility and quality of life. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing tailored rehabilitation programs, conducting assessments, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct evaluations to determine patients' rehabilitation needs.
  • Implement therapeutic activities and interventions.
  • Work with patients to enhance their mobility and functionality.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare providers to optimize patient care.
  • Monitor treatment outcomes and adjust plans accordingly.
  • Educate patients on injury prevention and wellness strategies.
  • Document patient interactions and progress notes systematically.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance clinical skills.
  • Engage in interdisciplinary team activities to improve service delivery.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy
  • Postgraduate qualification in Rehabilitation is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of practical experience in rehabilitation therapy
