Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Audit Specialist to join our Johannesburg team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting audits to ensure compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in financial operations. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can effectively communicate findings and implement improvements.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate financial operations and assess adherence to policies.
• Perform risk assessments and recommend measures to mitigate identified risks.
• Compile and present audit findings to senior management.
• Support external audits by providing necessary documentation.
• Facilitate special audits as required by management.
• Document processes and maintain accurate records of audits conducted.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
• Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in auditing or compliance roles

Technical Skills

• SAP
• Data Analysis

Certifications

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)

Languages

• English: Fluent
