Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sawing Machine Setter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and tending wood sawing machines, ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency in production.

Responsibilities

• Operate sawing equipment effectively and safely.
• Identify and troubleshoot machine issues to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area.
• Assist in inventory management of raw materials.
• Document production metrics for quality control.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the production team.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical qualification in mechanical or manufacturing engineering is an advantage.

Experience

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within the woodworking industry.
