As the Preparation Plant Supervisor, you will lead a team of plant operators and technicians, ensuring operational efficiency and adherence to safety standards. Candidates should possess strong communication skills, with a knack for problem-solving and an eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the preparation plant.
• Enforce safety regulations and conduct regular safety audits.
• Handle production scheduling and workforce management.
• Prepare and present operations reports to management.
• Lead operational meetings to discuss plant performance and improvements.
• Facilitate communication between plant teams and upper management.
• Maintain an inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Drive initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Mining Engineering or related field
• Master's degree in relevant discipline is advantageous

Experience

• At least 5 years' supervisory experience in coal preparation plants.
