Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics or related field
• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in mechanical design and engineering

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• Project Management Software

Soft Skills

• Adaptability
• Leadership

Certifications

• Certified SolidWorks Professional (CSWP)
• Lean Six Sigma Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Basic

Advantageous

• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 principles: Understanding of smart manufacturing and IoT applications in mechanical engineering.
• Knowledge of CAD software implementation: Experience in implementing CAD solutions for engineering applications.
