IT Support Technician

Job Description

As an IT Support Technician, you will play a crucial role in assisting our clients with their technology needs. You will troubleshoot problems, provide solutions, and maintain our IT infrastructure. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, network equipment, and workstations.
• Assist in the management of backup and recovery processes.
• Identify areas for improvement in current IT processes and workflows.
• Maintain effective communication with users regarding system status and updates.
• Participate in developing IT policies and procedures.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Information Technology or relevant experience
• Bachelor's in IT or related field is a plus

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years in IT support environments
