• Mentor junior QA analysts; provide guidance on best practices.
• Participate in release planning and deployment activities.
• Ensure timely delivery of quality software products by coordinating testing efforts.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• ISTQB Certification preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years in QA or similar role with a focus on software testing

Technical Skills

• SQL
• Test Management Tools

Languages

• English: Fluent
