Job Description

We are in search of a skilled Project Manager to oversee multiple construction projects in Port Elizabeth. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of project management methodologies along with experience in managing budgets, resources, and stakeholders effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day management of construction projects.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure resource availability.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure proper records are kept.
• Identify areas for process improvement within projects.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Drive project initiatives to ensure timely completion.
• Utilize project management software for tracking progress and reporting.
• Handle the budgeting and financial management of projects.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
• Assist in the recruitment and training of project staff.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in project management within the construction industry
