Job Description

As a Booking Prize specialist, your main responsibility will be to ensure that bookings made through our website are accurate, timely, and meet the requirements of our customers. You will work closely with other teams in our company to ensure that our clients receive the best service possible.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining a high standard of customer service throughout the booking process.
• Analysing booking data to ensure optimal business performance.
• Assisting in the development of new booking procedures.
• Generating reports on booking activities and performance.
• Implementing feedback mechanisms to improve service delivery.
• Providing follow-up on bookings to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Supporting team members in resolving booking issues efficiently.

Requirements

Education

• Matric or equivalent
• Relevant tertiary qualification is advantageous.

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in customer service or hospitality

Technical Skills

• Booking Management Software
• Data Entry

Languages

• English: Fluent
