Responsibilities

• Participate in negotiations to protect the company's interests.

• Ensure timely communication of legal updates to stakeholders.
• Support the implementation of corporate governance policies.
• Review corporate policies to ensure legal compliance.
• Engage with governmental and regulatory bodies as needed.

Requirements

Education

• LLB or equivalent legal qualification
• Postgraduate qualification in Corporate Law is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a corporate legal environment
