Chore Worker

Job Description

We need a diligent Chore Worker to carry out essential household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and cooking. The individual must possess a strong work ethic, be dependable, and demonstrate effective time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and order in assigned areas, including kitchens and bathrooms.
• Perform laundry and ironing efficiently.
• Cook nutritional meals and prepare snacks for the household.
• Conduct minor repairs and maintenance as necessary.
• Assist with shopping for groceries and other household needs.
• Provide occasional childcare or pet care depending on the family's needs.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
• Document and report any maintenance issues to the facilities manager.
• Maintain an organized stock of cleaning supplies and equipment.

Requirements

Education

• Grade 10 or equivalent
• First Aid certification (advantageous)

Experience

• No previous experience required, but experience in a similar role will be advantageous.

Languages

• English: Fluent
