Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Nurse to provide exceptional care in our Cape Town facility. In this position, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and best practices. A passion for patient advocacy and thorough attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

• Administer first aid and basic life support when necessary.
• Assist in the management of medical emergencies and critical care situations.
• Engage in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to patient care discussions.
• Stay up-to-date with medical advancements and integrate new techniques into patient care.
• Document patient progress and communicate with family members effectively.
• Provide leadership for junior nursing staff, fostering a supportive learning environment.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Additional training in a specialized nursing field is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of nursing experience in a hospital or clinic setting

• Infection Control

Certifications

• Pain Management Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
