The Neck Cutter will be responsible for cutting the necks of poultry birds in a safe and efficient manner, ensuring the highest quality standards are met. This role requires attention to detail and adherence to strict health and safety guidelines.
Responsibilities
Trim and prepare poultry necks for processing according to company standards.
Maintain cleanliness of workstations and tools after each shift.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Conduct quality checks to ensure product meets specifications.
Support the training of new staff in best practices.
Monitor production flow and report any discrepancies immediately.
Assist in stock management of tools and equipment.
