• Diploma in Manufacturing or related field
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Management is preferred
• Lean Manufacturing Extensive knowledge of lean principles to improve efficiency.
• Problem-solving Skilled in identifying root causes of production issues.
• Quality Control Strong background in quality assurance processes and standards.
• Team Leadership Demonstrated leadership in managing teams effectively.
• Communication Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Interpersonal Skills Strong ability to build relationships with staff and management.
• Six Sigma Green Belt
• English (Fluent)
