Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise factory staff to achieve production goals.
• Monitor quality control processes and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to ensure equipment reliability.
• Engage in forecasting and planning for production schedules.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
• Promote a safe working environment by adhering to safety policies.
• Facilitate communication between departments for operational improvements.
• Manage inventory levels and control stock wastage.
• Assist in the hiring and training of new employees.
• Maintain documentation for production processes and reports.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Manufacturing or related field
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Management is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment
