Job Description

We are in search of a Quality Assurance Analyst to join our Durban team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing the quality of our software products, ensuring they meet both regulatory standards and customer expectations. You will be working in a collaborative environment to define testing strategies and enhance product quality.

Responsibilities

• Create comprehensive test documentation, including test strategies and reports.
• Review requirements and specifications to identify testable components.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) with stakeholders.
• Facilitate training sessions on QA processes and tools.
• Assist in maintaining the test environment and tools.
• Collaborate in cross-functional teams to improve product quality.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of relevant experience in a QA role

Technical Skills

• Regression Testing
• API Testing

Soft Skills

• Teamwork
• Critical Thinking

Certifications

• ISTQB Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with SQL: Basic understanding of SQL for database testing.
• Experience with performance testing tools: Knowledge of tools like JMeter or LoadRunner for performance stress testing.
