Job Description

As an Architect at Creative Architecture Ltd., you will lead projects from conceptual design through to completion, collaborating with engineers and other professionals to create functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces. Responsibilities

• Draft architectural plans, sections, and elevations.
• Review contractor bids and project proposals.
• Facilitate communication between clients, contractors, and city planners.
• Detail landscaping and site development elements.
• Incorporate feedback from team members and clients to enhance designs.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architectural Design or a related field
• Professional qualifications in architecture are a bonus

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience with impressive architectural portfolio
