Job Description

We're seeking a dedicated Nurse to join our Cape Town facility. Your responsibilities will include monitoring patient health, administering medications, and providing education and support to patients and their families, all within a collaborative healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient triage and evaluate immediate care needs.
• Participate in patient care conferences and contribute to care discussions.
• Ensure all nursing practices comply with regulatory and safety standards.
• Respond to patient inquiries and provide appropriate information and reassurance.
• Keep medical equipment in readiness and report any malfunction.
• Record treatment plans and monitor patient responses.

Requirements

Education

• Registered Nurse qualification from a recognised institution
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing is an advantage

Experience

• 2+ years of nursing experience required

Certifications

• Registered Nurse License
• Advanced Life Support (ALS) Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Conversational
