Job Description

The Health Informatics Specialist will focus on managing the integration, analysis, and interpretation of healthcare data to support clinical decision-making, ensuring quality patient care. This role is critical in optimising clinical workflows through data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Manage the integration and use of electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Perform regular audits to ensure data integrity and security.
• Utilise data analytics to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Lead initiatives aimed at improving data management practices.
• Provide expert guidance on clinical decision support systems (CDSS).

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing, Health Informatics, Computer Science, or related field
• Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent clinical licensure preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in clinical informatics or related field
