Responsibilities

• Engage in product development from concept to production.
• Conduct research to ensure the latest engineering practices are applied.
• Work with suppliers to procure materials and components.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical support.
• Facilitate quality assurance processes to maintain standards.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or closely related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience in the engineering field
