• Support users by diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software problems.
• Set up and configure new devices for user access.
• Maintain a log of all technical inquiries and resolutions.
• Monitor and maintain system performance and security.
• Assist with IT administration tasks related to user accounts and permissions.
• Collaborate with team members to implement IT projects.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Additional IT certifications preferred

Experience

• 2-4 years of hands-on experience in technical support roles

• Active Directory
• VPN Technologies

Certifications

• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
• CompTIA Network+

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
