Responsibilities

• Lead diversity audits to identify areas of improvement.
• Implement a system to track progress on diversity goals.
• Collaborate with marketing to enhance employer branding on diversity.
• Design workshops that promote diversity awareness.
• Assist management in developing fair hiring practices.
• Facilitate networking opportunities for diverse employees.
• Support the development of succession plans that consider diversity.
• Gather and analyze qualitative data regarding employee experiences.
• Create quarterly reports on diversity and inclusion progress.
• Engage external consultants for perspectives on D&I matters.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Sociology, Psychology, or a related field
• Relevant professional development courses in D&I preferred

Experience

• 4-6 years of experience in Diversity and Inclusion initiatives
