Job Description

We're seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our HR initiatives in Cape Town. The successful candidate will develop and implement effective HR strategies that align with our business goals, focusing on talent acquisition, employee relations, and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise HR team members and provide leadership.
  • Develop and manage budgets for HR initiatives.
  • Conduct regular audits of HR processes and policies.
  • Engage in strategic planning to align HR with business goals.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution and mediation when needed.
  • Champion health and wellness programs for employees.
  • Drive change management initiatives to improve operations.
  • Manage payroll processes and employee compensation.
  • Support succession planning and leadership development.
  • Organize employee recognition and reward programs.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration
  • Professional HR Certification (e.g., CIPD) is preferred

  • 5+ years in HR, with a focus on employee engagement and performance management
