Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Dial Painter to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for painting and labeling dials and gauges, ensuring precision and high quality in all work undertaken.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that painting processes meet quality standards.
• Assist with training new team members in painting techniques.
• Monitor paint application for consistency and quality.
• Communicate effectively with team members regarding specifications.
• Adhere to health and safety procedures during painting operations.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Vocational training in painting or a related field preferred

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in painting and labeling dials and gauges

Technical Skills

• Attention to detail
• Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
• Understanding of paint mixing and color matching

Certifications

• Certification in Handling Hazardous Materials

Languages

• English: Fluent
