Gaming Surveillance Officer

Job Description

As a Gaming Surveillance Officer, you will play a crucial role in monitoring gaming activity and ensuring compliance with all gaming regulations at our casino. Your vigilance and attention to detail will help maintain the integrity and safety of our gaming environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor all areas of the casino using CCTV cameras.
• Identify and report any suspicious activity or behavior to the Security Manager.
• Enforce company policies and procedures related to gaming activities.
• Investigate incidents or accidents that occur on the casino floor.
• Assist the Security Manager with the implementation of emergency procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of all incidents and activities.
• Engage with patrons to promote a safe and enjoyable environment.
• Conduct regular checks on surveillance equipment.
• Assist with developing training materials for new surveillance staff.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss security strategies.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in security or law enforcement is advantageous

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in a security role, ideally within the gaming industry.

Technical Skills

• Surveillance technology
• Database management systems
