Job Description

As a Food Scientist at Food Innovations Ltd., you will focus on the formulation and analysis of food products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation while ensuring all products meet rigorous safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead product development projects from concept through to launch.
  • Research and apply new food processing technologies.
  • Ensure labeling compliance and nutritional analysis of food products.
  • Train staff in food safety practices and quality standards.
  • Drive innovation in product development through creative problem-solving.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or related discipline
  • Master's degree in Food Science is an advantage
Experience
  • 4-6 years of experience in food product development with a focus on innovation
