Job Description

As a Fish Technologist, you will develop, implement, and improve processes for the production, quality control, and distribution of fish products. The ideal candidate will possess technical knowledge in aquaculture and processing, along with practical experience in fish farming.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations in fish production and processing facilities.
• Establish and enforce best practices and safety protocols in fish handling and processing.
• Analyze production data to make informed decisions for quality enhancements.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Aquaculture or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in fish processing and quality control

Languages
