Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations in our Johannesburg restaurant. The ideal candidate will manage staff, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain high standards of food quality. You will play a crucial role in driving sales and maintaining our reputation in the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the front-of-house and back-of-house teams for optimal operations.
  • Implement marketing strategies to attract new customers.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings to address issues and share updates.
  • Maintain high food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Cultivate relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  • Manage reservations and coordinate special events.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.

Advantageous
