Responsibilities

• Analyze production schedules to ensure sufficient resource allocation.
• Prepare reports on process efficiency and quality metrics.
• Liaise with suppliers to negotiate improved pricing and delivery.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Identify areas for automation and effectuate cost-saving technologies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years' experience in process engineering

Technical Skills

• Process Optimization

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Certification
• Project Management Professional (PMP)

Languages

• English: Fluent
