Job Description

We are in search of a passionate Teaching Assistant to join our dynamic educational team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will support educators in delivering high-quality instruction and fostering a positive learning environment for students.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside teachers in planning and delivering lessons effectively.
• Encourage students to participate in classroom activities and discussions.
• Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment.
• Assist with the integration of technology into the curriculum.
• Provide feedback to educators about student engagement and challenges.
• Participate in community outreach and school events.
• Assist in coordinating extracurricular activities for students.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
• Master's degree in Education is preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience working with children
