Job Description

As a Nanotechnology Technician, you will be pivotal in the development and testing of nanoscale innovations. Collaborating with engineers and scientists, your role will involve conducting hands-on experiments, analyzing data, and contributing to groundbreaking discoveries in nanotechnology.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on laboratory experiments to synthesize and characterize nanomaterials.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment such as microscopes and spectrometers.
• Collect and analyze data from experiments and present findings effectively.
• Work with team members to design experiments and troubleshoot issues.
• Document research findings comprehensively and maintain safety standards.
• Contribute to project management and budget control as needed.
• Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities.
• Support patent applications and intellectual property protection processes.
• Facilitate collaboration with external research partners.
• Foster a safety-first culture within the lab environment.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, or a related field
• Master's degree or PhD in Nanotechnology or related field is preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in nanotechnology research and development
