Job Description

As a Cybersecurity Analyst, you will be on the front lines of defending our technology infrastructure. Based in Pretoria, your day-to-day will include monitoring security systems, responding to incidents, and collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance our cybersecurity processes. We are looking for someone with a proactive mindset and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily security operations and incident investigations.
• Enhance security measures in cloud environments.
• Participate in cross-functional teams to promote security awareness.
• Coordinate with law enforcement for investigations if required.
• Implement security measures across all company platforms.
• Review and analyze data breaches and make recommendations.
• Advise management on the status of security measures.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and report findings.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a cyber-related field

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in cybersecurity or IT security

Languages

• English: Fluent
