Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Pharmacist who will be responsible for the accurate dispensing of prescriptions, providing excellent customer service, and engaging in health promotion activities. You will work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to deliver quality health services to our patients.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee medication dispensing and ensure accuracy.
  • Counsel patients regarding medication therapy and health issues.
  • Monitor patient medication therapy to optimize health outcomes.
  • Participate in community health outreach programs.
  • Maintain detailed patient records for safe medication management.
  • Advise on over-the-counter products and health supplements.
  • Conduct drug utilization reviews and participate in quality assurance.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or equivalent
Experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in pharmacy practice
