Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Supply Chain Manager who is passionate about enhancing operational efficiency. The successful candidate will lead a dedicated team to refine supply chain processes, improve inventory accuracy, and foster supplier relationships.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end supply chain activities from procurement to delivery.
• Create reports on supply chain performance and present insights to management.
• Manage supplier evaluations and performance reviews.
• Implement technology solutions to enhance supply chain visibility.
• Respond to supply chain issues and develop contingency plans.
• Ensure sustainability practices are integrated into all supply chain processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred

Experience

• 5-7 years of experience in supply chain roles

Technical Skills

• SAP ERP
• Data Analysis

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Teamwork

Certifications

• Certified Logistics, Transportation and Distribution (CLTD)
• Project Management Professional (PMP)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with international logistics: Understanding of the complexities involved in global supply chain management.
• Experience in leading cross-border supply chain projects: Demonstrated ability to manage projects involving multiple countries.
