Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Healthcare Administrator to lead our healthcare team in Johannesburg. This position includes administrative functions, budgeting, strategic planning, and fostering a patient-centric environment. Strong leadership and organizational skills are required to excel in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the healthcare administration team effectively.
  • Develop strategic plans to enhance patient services and clinical outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies and health policies.
  • Oversee budgeting and financial management of healthcare services.
  • Coordinate with external stakeholders, including health authorities and vendors.
  • Facilitate continuous training and staff development programs.
  • Evaluate patient feedback and implement improvement strategies.
  • Report to the COO on operational performance and issues.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Healthcare Management or Administration
  • MBA or Master's in Healthcare Management preferred
Experience
  • 5-7 years of experience managing healthcare facilities or departments
