• Foster relationships with vendors for sustainable materials and solutions.
• Implement energy-efficient technologies within architectural designs.
• Participate in workshops and continuing education to enhance sustainable design knowledge.
• Document and communicate best practices for sustainable architecture.
• Design educational material for clients on sustainable design principles.
• Manage project budgets and timelines to meet sustainability targets.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Master's degree in Sustainable Design is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant architecture experience

Technical Skills

• Revit
• Landscape Design

Soft Skills

• Leadership

Certifications

• Sustainable Building Advisor (SBA)

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Basic

Advantageous

• Experience with Green Roof Design: Hands-on experience in creating green roofs as part of sustainable projects.
