Job Description

The Cotton Classer will be responsible for grading and classifying cotton, ensuring compliance with industry standards. This role requires attention to detail, as well as effective communication with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate cotton quality according to established grading standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of grading equipment and workspace.
• Assist in training new staff on cotton grading processes.
• Provide feedback to improve cotton handling and processing.
• Maintain strict adherence to quality, health, and safety standards during all operations.

Requirements

Education

• Certification in Cotton Grading or equivalent

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in cotton grading or agricultural quality control

Certifications

• Cotton Classing Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
