Job Description

As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest levels of software quality by designing and implementing tests, debugging, and defining corrective actions. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for quality.

Responsibilities

• Implement testing strategies that enhance software quality.
• Collaborate with teams to identify risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Ensure all testing meets business requirements and aligns with project timelines.
• Maintain knowledge of software testing best practices.
• Document procedures and maintain records regarding software testing.
• Train team members on new testing tools and methodologies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
• ISTQB Certification preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance

Technical Skills

• Performance Testing Tools (LoadRunner, JMeter)
• API Testing

Soft Skills

• Analytical Skills
• Teamwork

Certifications

• Certified Software Tester (CSTE)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with CI/CD Tools (Jenkins): Knowledge of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment processes.
• Familiarity with Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure): Experience in testing applications deployed on cloud platforms.
