Job Description

As a Treatment Coordinator, you will play a vital role in overseeing the treatment plans for our patients. This position requires coordination with healthcare professionals to ensure patients receive the highest quality care possible. Your experience in managing treatment protocols will be invaluable as you contribute to patient support and education.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct needs assessments to identify barriers to employment for offenders.
  • Develop individualized training plans that align with offenders' skills and career goals.
  • Coordinate with local businesses to create job opportunities and internships.
  • Provide continuous support to offenders while they transition back into the workforce.
  • Collect and analyze data on program effectiveness and participant success rates.
  • Organize community engagement initiatives to raise awareness about the program and its participants.
  • Collaborate with rehabilitation counselors and social workers to provide holistic support.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay updated on workforce trends.
  • Implement strategies to improve clients' employability and self-esteem.
  • Facilitate networking events between offenders and potential employers.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Postgraduate qualifications are preferable
Experience
  • At least 3 years of experience working with justice-involved individuals
