Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Non-Profit Program Manager to lead our community-based initiatives in Cape Town. You will oversee program operations, engage stakeholders, and ensure effective project management to achieve our mission.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily program operations and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Conduct needs assessments and adapt programs based on community feedback.
• Manage project timelines and performance metrics efficiently.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops to foster collaboration and innovation.
• Provide guidance in financial planning and reporting for programs.
• Advocate for community needs and represent the organization at public forums.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Development Studies or equivalent
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 6+ years in non-profit program management or a related field

• Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE)
