Job Description

We are seeking a proactive IT Support Technician to join our Cape Town team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, assisting users with technical queries, and ensuring optimal IT performance. Strong communication skills and an analytical mindset are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that all IT equipment is in good working order.
  • Educate and guide users on best practices for IT security.
  • Participate in IT projects and system upgrades.
  • Document support tickets and maintain records.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in IT Support or related field
  • Higher education degree in ICT is preferable
Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with a focus on IT support roles

  • CompTIA A+ Certification
